easily best demo of the year. just so not - a - demo - but something real.
A plain beautiful demo. This is something that could be shown on clubs, raves or live vj sets without being ashamed of anything.
Slowly pulsating and emerging visual combined to hypnotic soundtrack creates such mood that only few demos can reach.
And like good wines, this demo gets better with time and I just love it more and more every time I see it. Thank you, MFX.

Macaw: you seem to have the same gf2 model as melwyn? i tested the demo with a shitload of different cards and it ran very smoothly on everything else except on that particular model of gf2 (It was even slower than on my voodoo3<g>).

i like the colors, i like the style, the design, the visuals.. but its simply a bit too long imho. would've been great to see on a bigscreen during some rave, but not to watch from the comfort of your own chair :)

Very... conventional for mfx! Also, rather long. However it's very well designed and the music rocks.
a typical rave demo. a bit like "medium" by einklang.net. yes, it´s different. but it´s also same. two, three effects, good syncro with the music. Well, and the music is typical rave style. I think in the future VJ-Technics and Demo Artwork will come closer together. I don´t know if i´m happy about that. because i don´t like the dance nation. there are just fans. and at a demo scene party there are also fans, but most sceners are activ and working on scene production. and do not dance ;). The future is near. we will see.
Interesting looking stuff. From the effects not so entertaining like 'Medium' or the MFX demo 'Within Minutes' (this one is at least much more a rave demo for me). But nice anyway :)

Rather a Winamp vis instead of a demo, but still, has some feeling within it.

I already saw this when it was released. At that time I had some mixed feelings about it.
Now, I just watched it again (for fifth time or so) yesterday, and I must say that this is a demo that grows on me, it gets better each time I watch it. The visuals are nice and they match to the cool soundtrack.

Very impressive demo, especially on bigscreen. The colors and the music are the best points. Rarely does an MFX demo have such a good music... And it need not be shorter. It only gets boring to boring people.

I love this demo but it runs differently on my new (P4 2.4Ghz) PC. Photos stobe too quickly and talking effect turns the screen full white. Do you want to lock down some of the effects before clock speeds render this unwatchable?
you can probably can fix that yourself in the meantime by setting your driver to "wait for retrace" ... unless you are an alien that needs 400hz refresh rate.

I was about to comment that this demo was too blurry and stupid, but after i read Blue 7's comment i realized that I'm suffering from the same problem. After watching this with my laptop, this made more reason.

Imho, the music isnt as good as the gfx... I wont give it a "sux" because theres some kind of good job done... a question of personal tastes
if the demo isn't working for you, you could just browse the images in the data directory really fast while listening to the music.
Although there are some annoying details, like the greetings (why those greetings?! it destroys the whole atmosphere since it cries out to you: "hi there, this is a demoscene production" - which doesn't feel compatible with the rest of the mood of the production).
Anyway, it still really really really good.

hmmh... the code sucks. either new gfx cards (GF3 and better?) or fast computers (i haven't tested enough) display the demo wrongly. Too much brightness, especially in the supposed-to-be-subtle images. A fix will probably never be released... thumbs down for me.
