So good. I've not seen such fresh nuskool looking visuals on Amiga like this before I don't think. The design is integrated so well with the effects you almost forget how good the effects being used themselves are in their own right. Very impressive and coherent production. Throw in Spaceball's own unique character and style with a slammin' soundtrack that begs for number 11 on your Amp, and this is a wonderful piece of work, congrats on the 1st place guys!

I'm usually not a fan of AGA but I loved this.
Excellent intro with neat code and design as usual and cool music as well. Definitely my favorite in the 64k compo. It might finally be the release which kicks Psyko Killer from the throne as my favorite Slummy production. :)

What ferris said. Also, there is something vaguely Easter egg decoration-y about the texturing at around the 1:10 mark, which fits the season well enough :D

Yes. Drums are regular samples, the other sounds are made with Cinter.

"You are Lucy" was my preferred amiga prod in ages (a decade maybe). This one does not disapoint either. Keep the magic alive!
lacking the competence to comment anything about the tech, but colors, overall flow, and that noise effect I really like. plus, great oldskooly breaks. keep on delivering!

Targets 68060/50mhz, but higher clock speed will give slightly improved FPS for a couple of the scenes. Fast RAM requirements for the party version is more thanfast 32 mb, but less than 40 mb. The final should require well under 32 mb.
I'd also recommend the Amiga to be equipped with a subwoofer :)

There might come a "HD" streaming version at a later point, the .mod I guess will be in our next music disk (in 8-9 years time :).
There are recordings on Youtube, so I'm sure you can just find a tool that just downloads one of those.

Thanks for all the great feedback guys! This was one of the more involved productions we've done in a long time so it's extra nice to see that it hits home. :)
The final isn't out yet (real life had to take priority for a while) but it'll get there. :) It won't be any kind of major update though, just fixing some glitches and lowering the memory requirements a bit. (In case Skan still has that 24mb fast setup or whatever it was.. ;)
I'll also do a write-up about (some of) the effects and the dev process, although I might split it up in 2-3 parts this time to make the writing more fun (for me).

I'd say it has roughly 3/4 of the effects I wanted to cram in there and maybe around half of the planned design elements and composition tricks.
However, this is quite usual for our deadline-driven projects (I tend to aim "too high" and then hope that getting halfway there will be Good Enough) and this time in particular there was definitely no chance of postponing until another party as I'd promised Lug00ber a win at Revision. :D
