Your best one *so far*! Not a single frame that didn’t look pretty - I especially love the 3d kaleidoscope and the textiles. Music was pleasant too. Some technology involved, but also a lot of Feingefühl. Looking forward to see where that takes you. 🫶🏻

Coherent and clean style from start to end, was not bored at any time. The materials, textures and different objects are all super interesting and the track is great. Next time 64k, okay? :P
'70s color ftw
Pretty much what the others wrote.
Nice rendering, but the animation leaves a bit to be desired (somehow the perspective is a bit odd, stuff intersects, and I'm missing some easing or something). Doesn't really defend its length or its file size; gets rapidly a bit boring.

Sure, repeats a little, but it is very nice looking, and the middle scene does look a lot like little wrapped chocolates or whatnot. 🙂

Really delightful.
Absolutely delightful selection of colors, visuals and the music. The fabric part kind of took away from the whole, but in itself it looked fantastic too.

I liked the cozy, warm style that comes from visuals/music but I disliked the ploygons changing fast to sync to the music as if they are neurotic. It feels like those two art styles contradict each other. So piggy from me.

+ I liked the simple parts e.g. the first few cuboids rotating
- I agree that some of the syncs were too fast, especially the radial repetition (after the simple cuboids). I like epileptic stuff but it felt too fast for the otherwise chill mood.

As others said, the animation/sync is a bit too hectic; if you've got a change on every beat it would probably be better to make the jumps smaller. Wouldn't take away from the concept I think.
Other than that - lovely visuals especially color wise (90MB tooling ftw!), and also the soundtrack.

Thanks for all the feedback! I'm very happy that the product developed into something most of you enjoyed. :) Will try to build upon the lessons learned in this prod & write one or two extra tools with indecent file size to make stuff more pretty xD

Hm, ok - I use pygit2 to name the executable automatically (using git describe). Why it is trying to use your OpenSSL or certificates is beyond me. Might be sensible to remove the mechanism from release builds entirely, as there's no repo available anyways in these. I'll add a ticket for the next demo.

I promise that I'm able to pull off the whole thing in C/asm, but I didn't, because it's so much less annoying in Python :) More time for content/shaders, less time for the loader.
