Most of the links aren't about what I'm really looking for :T I know where I can find demoscene musics, but not demoscene music medleys :P
But thanks anyway :)
But thanks anyway :)
That's because everybody is trying to tell you that you don't really want demoscene music medleys.
Why not? I am still thinking that it would be fucking awesome. :/
Medley brings thoughts including parents, new year eve and the final countdown.
How about adding a "wanted" to the topic? It's generally Good Practice(tm) to indicate in the topic if you're seeking something or offering it. This seems to be a repeating thing with your threads..
What about theese two "medleys" of famous and less famous demoscene chiptunes all re-tracked and mixed together on Atari ST that I did 7 years ago:

The Mighty Pirate Sessions #2

I once did a medlay. Well ... it's now 10 years ago, and the medley was done to celebrate some of the 4ch tracks I really found interesting back then.
Download from Amiga Music Preservation
The medley blends these four (to me) classics:
1: Secret Kind of Love by Zulu & Grey / Rebels
Winner of the 4ch music compo at The Party '94
2: The Desert Dream Theme by Laxity / Kefrens
Winning Demo at The Party '92
3: Volx Vagon by Dreamer / Flying Cows
Second at 4ch music compo at The Party '94
4: Culture Show by Subject / Balance
Winning Demo at South Sealand Demoparty '95
I remember having quite a hard time making the four of those VERY different tunes fit together ;-)
Oh - and I think there's a few errors in the .xm so it won't play right in pretty much anything but Fast Tracker. It'll play, but have serveral un-off'ed notes here and there. Well ... it's 10 years ago and I still had (and still have) a lot to learn :-)

Hm. Seems VLC plays it close enough. Thanks for taking me a trip down memory lane with this request :D
Oh my. It's Culture Shock. Not show! And rumors has it, Chromag worked undercover on Secret Kind of Love ;)

gloom: So I have to ask if you guys have any kind of problem with text interpretation. It's, very clearly, a 47b version of:

Hello Pouët,
I love medleys, they always bring me a sensation of nostalgia. And I was wondering if there is any demoscene music medley around the internet. Do you know any?
Thanks in advance,
Danguafer
PS: This is a request.
And it doesn't even end there! I could optimize it to:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Gloom was talking about the misleading title of this topic, not the content of your post. The way I read this topic is that you're offering a medley. So now I'm utterly dissapointed, and the only way for you to make up for this is by creating said medley :p

numtek: Oh, right lol :) But I think it's unnecessary. :( If you are interested on listening it too, it's still the topic.
Punqtured: Wow, nice! :D
