Hey, folks. Remember 6 years ago when I said we're going to have a demoscene party in southern California? Well, guess what? It's happening. However, probably not quite what you'd expect in a demo party.
The game plan is I'll be taking demo submissions for this event. The deadline is October 1, 2023. After which, I will hold a party either live or stream it depending on the number of submissions and interest. Check out the rules at socaldemoscene.com/rules.htm.
If you don't agree with this, I don't blame you. I am just being realistic with the situation out here. Damn it... I said I was gonna do this and it's gonna happen one way or another, hell or high water.
If you could participate, that would be amazing. There's an incredible talent pool in the scene community and I would love it if you could participate in this.
Anyways, don't say I didn't try. The past few years have been... well, you know. So let's bounce back and have fun and do some amazing stuff.

As of now? No. I'll check it out.
If Southern California can have, like, seven NBA teams, it can damn well have a demo scene.
So. CA doesn't have 7 NBA teams! Professional sport teams, sure.
