TP2002?

phoenix: true about tg... i was actually hoping that tp would try to somehow reach out to the scene after last years fiasko with, say, a similar ticket system than at asm or something but it seems they just don't care... Or those orgos who do, can't do anything about it:(...
uncle-x: concerning asm I'm very confidant. abyss and his crew do alot for the scene (half the price for foreigners & oldskoolers, seperate area, lotsa compos, cool special guests, abyss being a very cool dude ;) etc. etc) and there's still alot of spirit left.
I just hope to make it for 2003, if I'm out of luck I have exams right around asm :(

styx: don't get me wrong, i'm confident about them too.. In fact i still concider asm to be the best party around..
I had an interesting email chat with FreeAll in the last days (will be also present in the Demolab), but it seems that he is more or less fighting alone against stupid main organizers. Since opening of the new website I have not heard from him.
Ghandy: I won't comment on the scener/gamer issue, but I agree with many of you. BUT... You write that we edited Xenusion's picture on the website. This is not the case. He sent us the pic, and then we made the site from that. Since we found it rather difficult to do something with pink, we made it a little darker. Then asked Xenusion if it was ok with him, and it wasn't. So we didn't use it. What you see is Xenusion's image. Only a little bit smaller, so that it would fit on the website (the original had a width of 800 pixels, and now it as.. 760 (I think)).
Crest: I've been busy with the website and working (YES!! I actually got some work, hehe).

speaking on behalf of the tg-posse i'd just like to say that tg2002 actually was a semi-great success for us. we never expected things to go as well as they did, but never mind that.. the changes you guys saw this year will fade against the turn-around that's currently making it's way through the tg-organization chart.. we're talking half-prize tickets, special invites, speakers and seminars.. more of a asm-deal, if you'd like to call it that.. minus the strict security, hehe. :)
btw; i was at tp last year and things really went down-hill since the previous time i went (1997, if i remember correctly) and we're not going this year, that's for sure.. sorry to say that, but i really expected the tp-orgos to take the scene more seriously.. alas.. things never work out the way you want anyways. :)

FreeAll is a smart guy. His work in the current TP organizing is imo mostly like throwing perls to the pigs.
freeall clames phrozen crew is the biggest group in the scene, he's not that smart, really
I haven't read the interview recently, but I think I call them the most well-known group. Which I think they are. At least to people outside the scene. I could very easily be wrong, but they aren't a small group at least :-D
#freeall
did Phrozen crew ever do anything besides release warez compilations ?
Just the right image to send to the outside world of the scene

I think FreeAll has mixed the two scenes, what we call the demoscene is NOT the scene which releases cracks and the likes. Demoscene is the scene wich releases demos.
To FreeAll:I heard Xenusion is now working on an improved version of his picture, maybe you get in touch with him.
ghandy: yea, I just got a mail from him. It will be up on the website soon (I am not home right now).
macaw: Yeah. When I meant the scene, I meant a colaboration (spelling?) of the two.
fessor: Afair they made some demos once, but I'm not sure.
Anyways let it rest. I'll take it back: PC is now known for anything in the scene, hehe.
PS: it's hard to type with a 7 month old kid on your knee;)
