I look forward to meeting some of my favourite Danes (and dwarf) again!
.. why you dirty rascal!
Just worried somebody posts a demo with 73GB LLM :).
We've tried to consider different dinner menus in previous years, but it always end up being "Please don't tchange it!" responso from the majority :)
ONE MONTH UNTIL TRSAC!
A mystery sponsor has shown interest in sponsoring the beer & schnapps break (yay!).
To UNLOCK the sponsorship we need to hit 100 tickets sold
That's free beer for all you for ~1.5 hours Saturday evening - we've currently sold 65 tickets, so only 35 to go to unlock beer & schnapps break!
Also: This might be turning into a meme, but, you should expect this TRSAC to be the actual last one. Yeah we know it sucks - at least we're doing it this year! :D

see you there !! :)
It's weekend and time for some updates for the upcoming TRSAC:
lug00ber has joined TRSAC
Not only will lug00ber make sure the LIVE mixed Acid Techno compo will be stellar - he will also be in charge of our sound system during the party together with Cheesy - thanks for joining <3
Rusk & Bask concert on Friday night
Talking about sound, Rusk & Bask will play a live acid techno concert for us Friday evening - get ready to stomp!
PC compo machine specs are set
We will at least be equipped with a i7-11700 / Geforce RTX 3070 / 32gb ram Windows PC.
If possible we might get hold of a beefier GPU - please write to us if you know that it's needed :)
Timetable is available
Check it out here - and be aware that it can still change.
Remember that we need to hit those 100 tickets sold to unlock the beer & schnapps break - and this is the last TRSAC!
Stay tuned for more info during the next weeks!

@Puryx (and lug00ber, Cheesy and Bombe)
Regarding Alexanders "Magic cable" that was used to patch Amiga sound (and my mixer) into the PA. Was that a combined RCA to XLR cable, meaning 2 RCA (left, right) to single XLR or 2 RCA (left, right) to 2 XLR (left, right) ?
And was the XLR end male or female? I've got a sound-store right around the corner and was pondering to pick up some patch cables, just in case.

TRSAC virgin here - as all hotels seems to be a 30mins walk from party place, would you recommend Zleep behind the hospital or something in the direction od city centre for late night snake chasing?
Also, any late night open supermarkets near-by or usual Danish late afternoon closing?

Hmm... good question - walk wise I think that the hotels close to the hospital are the easiest/shortest walking distance.
That said there's no city life in that area, so if that's what you up for, you should book something closer to the city center.
There's one supermarket close to the party venue, which closes at 8pm. every day (also Saturday & Sunday). There are several gas stations/7-11's/whatever around Aarhus (especially near the city center) that are open 24/7.
There's a shopping center 1.6km away from the party venue.
Hope the above helps :)

At location there's breakfast, fatty foods and draught beer from 10 to ... 2-3 at night - but every other need is in somewhat near distance, although calling it a supermarket is a big much - isn't it just a kiosk of some kind? - so nearest one is ~1.5 km as puryx mentions. 7Eleven is only near center of city +3 km away.
Otherwise, if someone arrives late and/or are in need of something specific, we might be able to help you out - we are less and less organizers for each year, so we aren't at flexible as we have been.

The Zleep behind the Hospital is excellent, makes for a just long enough walk home at night to clear up a bit :)

I don't know about that exact cable, but unless it's some very specific hack what makes sense is 2x RCA -> 2x XLR male (so a stereo pair to a stereo pair). Normally mixer inputs are female, and outputs are male.
Most DJ mixers have XLR outputs though, so you can have XLR to XLR. That is a better choice since it means having a balanced cable run as opposed to an unbalanced one (you need three leads for a balanced cable, RCA plugs have two). Balanced cables are a lot more resistant to picking up noise, and there's a lot of equipment making noise at a club/computer party :)

Most DJ mixers
So you say. Then again an oldschool Vestax PMC 05 Pro doesn't.
Yet, that's the one I've got and am comfortable with. So, no biggie. I'll pay a visit to the Proklang around the block and buy some cables as recommended. They aren't that expensive, so it's fine.
Better have and don't need than need and don't have.

Do they still have the "klippekort" (well YOU tell me what that is in Engrish??) where the 10th one is FREEE!!....YAPPI DOODLE DEEEE
tFt: Maybe
What I can tell is that the price of draught beer is going to be... VERY favourable.

Thanks for the tip lu00ber, Zleep it is then.
@Puryx - I'll be landing at Billund around 21.30 on Friday (if no delay), grab rental and try to check in at the pplace before midnight for later snacks and entertainment, therefore my quintessential questions :)

Cool! - my best bet is that it's certainly possible to get a burger or similar in the cafeteria at that time!
A friendly reminder that the last chance to buy the "Food-included" ticket will be October 12th (Thursday next week).
For just 100DKK (~13 euros) more than the regular ticket, this grants you breakfast both Saturday + Sunday as well as an evening dinner Saturday.
Oh yeah, did I mention that this is the last TRSAC ever? ;)
