we tried this year too, but i had no choice. given that there are no direct cheapo flights between helsinki and budapest, i kindof figured finnish turnout would be fairly low anyway.

Decipher: Dude. Seriously. Gargaj and I were talking about this for a full 2 months. EVERY WEEKEND HAD A PARTY ON IT. First it was Riverwash, then it was Sundown, which they collided with before and they'd sworn not to do THAT this year, then there was MAIN and then alt.party and TRSAC and...

We kept having to ask about the stream date cuz the website wasn't up yet, but it HAD been announced, including the date.

I forget what party it was the FOLLOWING weekend, cuz it's of course not on demoparty.net, but as I recall they couldn't rent the hall that weekend anyway, so that was out of the question.

Finally he had to throw his hands up and just deal with the fact that no Finns could be there.

by the way, nothing actually prevents finns from attending function this year...

if you wanted to come, then come to function ;)

but if you plan to come, be aware of maali's announcement!

ger, yeah thats true but we just dont want to miss the best party of the year which stream undoubtedly will be. :)
how many saunas does function have?

and yeah, it would be really nice to get to a hungarian party even once someday...
