OH FUCK DUDE I DREAMT ABOUT IT SINCE YESTERDAY!
HOLY SHIT!
No Mac support!
lol
NICE!
What's next? Porting the maker itself to every platform ?
After that a port of a maker that makes noisemakers for platforms that makes tv-noise for every platform ?

If You've got one choice. Let's make some noise!
Where's the Atari Jaguar version? :D

That's why I chose "Atari byte code". Nowadays it can run virtually everywhere and even requires less resources than Java ;-)

No Mac support!
Like everything for Mac, it is there but costs money. I had strong arguments with Steve Jobs and in the end he stated "I'd rather install myself Flash on the iPhone than let you provide a free TV Noise Demo Maker for Mac". I'm truely very sorry about that.
best demomaker ever
No mac support. Besides, apple just released iNoiseMaker Pro which is way better (it's pure drag + drop noise editing). Only downside is the noise it outputs will only display on an apple monitor.
No mac support
Plus/4!
one tool to rule them all! (how kinky, a lotr reference!)
Too bad I cannot run this. I have a noise filter installed.
JAC just won the TV noise compo.
noise filter programs kill the demo screen!
:D
awesome
Come on
There are days, when you feel so small
And you know, you could be so tall
You think you got no chance
Look at the end, look what we do
Here and now, we need you
Silence can destroy, get up and raise your voice
Make some noise
Here and now
Noise
To the world, noise
All the things you belive in, noise
Let them hear you, noise
Let them feel you, noise
Make them know that you can make noise, noise
You are free
You are innocent
You belive in a happy end
Days turn into years
Now your here
With your broken mind
While your dreams, are sleeping quiet
Silence can destroy
Get up and raise your voice
Make some noise
Here and now
Noise
To the world, noise
All the things you belive in, noise
Let them hear you, noise
Let them feel you, noise
Make them know that you can make noise, noise
Can you feel it

As everything, you've ever been
Why don't we share, come take me there

FULL CONTROL OVER EVERY PIXEL
JAC! wins the meme, no more TV noises will ever be need to be made \o/
Funny idea. But does it really save unique code for some of these platforms? Has anyone tried it really? I set HD1 in the emulator and get an error in saving. I guess it's a joke and the C64 gif is fake :P
Thumbs up for the idea of course :)
:D

Yes it does, that's why it took so long to create it. And I have thank everybody who contributed as you can see on the credits screen after saving.
I had to leave out Mac, Windows and some others from the free version to the limited disk size of 131k. But for example the C64 version and all others mentioned above are for real and so are the screen shots. But of course there is some cheating involved elsewhere ;-)
Which error do you get during saving? Maybe the "H1:" is mounted read-only.
noise one!
the fuck-leechers who can't even code 10 lines of code highly appreciate this.

Here for example a small sample which I created without writing a single line of code within only about 6 days.
you won this meme by parsecs!!!

Saving 'H1TVNDM05.ZIP'
STOPPED AT LINE 260
A CONT gives:
ERROR - 27 XPROC AT LINE 280
I have mounted HD1 to some directory
Atari executable path was H1:>DOS>DOS I also changed it to H1:> and it still the same.
In settings there was 'Enable H: patch for hard disk devices'. This was not checked but even if I checked it I got the same error.
@Optimouse: Seems you missed the ":" in "H1:"
Oh no you ruined the game!
just what I needed! :D
no mac support
NO FUTURE !
.
this is crap.. tbh
it still needs an Atari 8-bit emulator, so WTF ??!

If you read the doc you will notice that the files is generates run directly on the target platform of course. And if you look above you will see that the tool itself is an Atari prod, so, well, yes it needs and Atari.
Nice idea, but is it useful? Do not think it would have been kept on the floppy back in tha daze. Maybe for fun, most probably =). And still...
Anyway, if it was fun to code, why not.
Anyway, if it was fun to code, why not.
Code:
cmp.w #'TT",machine
bne.s WTF
jmp run_ttnoise
WTF:
illegal
machine: dc.b "Falcon"
Before more people mistake this a a serious prod: It is not, as stated on the credits screen.
noise
no(ise).
.
funny but sucks anyway.
nothing beats the original :/

I'm truely very sorry about that. "
Funny

Haha love it Jac, we should do a toolpack ;)
I have been waiting for this all my life.
Haha, seconded.

TV Noise Demo Maker (further on called "The Software") enables you to create TV Noise Demos for any platform even if you are one of "the fuck-leechers who can't even code 10 lines of code" ;-)
The software can create TV Noise Demos for all platforms irrespective of the host system which runs the TV Noise Demo Maker. The following short screen cam shows how to create and run a C64 TV Noise Demo on a Windows PC running an Atari Emulator.
The software gives you full control over every pixel with a simple to use and yet powerful user interfaces based on simply entering "0" or "1". This enables you to create everything from pure white noise to scary noises, ASCII art noises or new Pouet background noises. Here for example a small sample which I created without writing a single line of code within only about 6 days.
This archive contains the freeware version (with source) which is restricted to the following platforms: Amstrad CPC, Atari Falcon 030, Atari XL/XE, Commodore 64, Flash, JavaScript, Mobile Phone , MS-Dos, MS-Dos/gus, TI-8x, VIC 20, ZX Spectrum, ZX 81
The commercial version with support for all 83 platforms is available on request.
System requirements:
Any system with an Atari 800 XL virtual machine or emulator installation will run this software as fine as the original Atari 800 XL. The resulting files use GZIP compression, so WinRAR or similar software should be installed on the host system also.
Additional note:
I have been thinking about how to stop the TV Noise craze and came to the conclusion that there is only one way to do it: Once the effect is included in a demo maker for all platforms, it will not be cool enough anymore to release something , just because it's a different platform.
I hope it works. Any if not, I can still say: "Hey, I created the interactive paddle version in 32 bytes" ;-)
PS: The only reason why I have not selected all platforms in Pouet that I don't want to be the first one to see what happens then.
